Erasmus Conference & Events S.A., Administrative Secretariat & core-PCO of IFNE is committed to the protection of your personal data and guarantees it according to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority / EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). All data is controlled by IFNE and processed by Erasmus Conference & Events S.A. By applying to become a member, personal information and technical data will be collected, stored and processed.
According to the new personal data laws, your consent to process your personal data is required in order to be registered as a member otherwise we will not be able to send you confirmations, information, reminders and other necessary details. Without your consent, we will not be able to proceed with processing your membership application.

Who has access to your personal data?
The Administrative Secretariat & core-PCO, all committees related to the Association and Educational activities (i.e. Organising Committee, Scientific Committee etc.), Elsevier as the publisher of the official journal, sponsors and third parties handling services related to the association.
Third parties will receive only the information required for their operation.
On the members area of the IFNE website (restricted access for members only), a members catalogue will be published, using your last name, name, country and e-mail address.
