The IFNE Society collects and stores members personal information such as Members’ full names, institution, postal and email addresses, any Member identification numbers, in a secured database, as well as picture and video recordings during its events. The information is used to better serve the objectives of the Society and will not be released to third parties except to further member benefits, always in compliance to the law.

That kind of activities include:

• direct mailing to the Members of IFNE from third-party service providers who maintain the association website, provide Society with services electronically and physically such as meeting apps and Society’s Journal
• sharing personal details with third-party service providers who maintain the association website, provide Society with services electronically and physically such as meeting apps and Society’s Journal

However, we will also update members about new services, upcoming events, abstract submission deadlines, and other general information about the association and its annual activity. Each of these emails will include an “unsubscribe” link that will allow you to opt-out of any promotional email.
