Dear colleagues and friends,

It is a great honor and a privilege to welcome you to Naples for the 2018 edition of the IFNE-JSNE-GLEN-ISNE Hands-on Workshop on Cerebral and Ventricular Neuroendoscopy, hosted as is customary at the Centro di Biotecnologie – A.O.R.N. “Antonio Cardarelli”.

The Scientific Program comprises a series of presentations by renowned experts on applied technologies and techniques related with ETV and septostomy, complex hydrocephalus, arachnoid cysts, tumor management, and craniopharyngiomas. Theory will then be put into use through a series of hands-on workshops performed
on anatomical and animal models, where a 2:1 analogy of trainees and expert tutors of our international Faculty ensures enhanced interaction and high level of actual knowledge gained.

The Hands-on Workshop on Cerebral and Ventricular Neuroendoscopy is organized by the International Federation of Neuroendoscopy (IFNE), and is under the auspices of the Japanese Society for Neuroendoscopy (JSNE), the Latin American Group on Neuroendoscopy Studies (GLEN), the Indian Society for Neuroendoscopy (ISNE), the Neuroendoscopy Committee of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS), as well as the European Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery (ESPN).
